MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

A new director faces a seemingly unfeasible challenge: directing an opera by Mozart performed by patients in a mental hospital. Louis is a young Sydney theater director who offered his first job in a mental hospital, within a governmental program for the rehabilitation of the mentally ill. There, on the initiative of one of the patients, try to stage Mozart's opera Cosi as futte, which holds for many difficulties plagued funny situations.
