MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

The biggest robbery ever known in New York is about to be committed ... Becoming criminals, planning the biggest heist ever also known Wall Street. Two policemen, Joe and Tom, tired of their low wages and corruption that reigns in the body, decide to go to the other side of the law.
