MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1938 film?

When Chick Wheeler is accused of killing his lover Ruby Rose, her sister Jerry, convinced of his innocence, decides to investigate the case on their own. The police try to protect Burns of multiple dangers as reckless investigation. A remake called Drama en presidio (1950) was made based on this movie.
