MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

A public relations expert convinces the owner of a tobacco company to some extent sponsor a contest in which even offered 25 million dollars to any U.S. town I get that its residents quit smoking for 30 days. Reverend Brooks leads to Eagle Rock to win this special challenge, despite some tobacco executives are bent on not meeting the target. If citizens do not go crazy and not be killed due to withdrawal may win a fabulous prize.
