MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A terrible car accident occurs in a desolate. The only witness to what happened is Clive, a human being who lives alone in the region. In the scene he sees the girl of his dreams, dead among the rubble. Disturbed and lover, Clive takes her home and makes every effort to ciudarla and keep her with him. When the victim's sister's boyfriend arrive, Clive warns: not willing to be with his beloved without a fight.
