MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Tommy is impotent witness of aggression that a gang of hooded children perpetrated against his pregnant mistress. Baby survives, but she is in a coma. After this, Tommy develops an acute agoraphobia, and begins to suspect that children are following. A priest cryptically warns you to watch your back, it is very possible that they also want to steal his daughter. But ... what are really these little creatures ? Oppressive to the unimaginable, Citadel becomes desolate landscapes left by the crisis in a scene of pure terror.
