MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

In 1955 Amsterdam, Ciske, a boy of 11 years old, lives in a slum. His mother works in a bar and his father is away from home. Ciske, despite his young age, he intends to fight the injustices of life, even though this will bring you more of a problem.
