MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

Jimmy McDonald, Coffee Company employee Baxter is rejected to marry his girlfriend, Betty Casey, until it has prospered. To see his dream, Jimmy, who loves competitions, sends a motto to contest Maxford Coffee Company. Three of his friends decide to play a joke and sent him a telegram telling him he had won the $ 25,000 first prize. Jimmy, Betty and all the office begin to celebrate. Mr. Baxter thinks Jimmy's ideas must be good and ascends to the advertising department. But Mr. Maxford appears and denounces Jimmy.
