MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

An autistic girl learns to fight through television and a school of boxing that is next to his house. When found in the diary of his mother, who is ill, a list of debtors, will look one by one. His decision leads to confront gangsters and members of the Japanese mafia.
