MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

A battered mankind has abandoned their ruined world, giving up their power and destination computers. All new humans are born with test tubes and sent to the care of randomly selected pairs to 14 years. In the "day of awakening ", are sent to space stations where their memories are erased, making them more suitable for this way the formation of obedient citizens. However, a few times the children "awakened " acquire psychic powers, being able to resist the mental conditioning, constitute a threat to the supremacy of the revered " SD System ". The Mu, while desperately trying to escape government persecution, seeking a leader who can guide in addition the to freedom.
