MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Srubov CHEKA part of the secret police Lenin established after the Bolshevik revolution and is responsible to arrest, interrogate and disappear intellectuals, aristocrats, Jews, clergy and their families. Executed in the basement of the building, no one will remember his last words are just anonymous bodies. Every day the same routine, the kangaroo court, the executions, the loading of bodies onto wagons. Srubov is cold, distant, sexually dysfunctional and hated by his former friends and family. While trying to reason about the nature of revolution and the purpose of the CHEKA, going slowly crazy.
