MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

An endless circle? ? Marked by violence and neglect. Victims street ? ?Chavos band! Armando Araiza, by the abuse he receives, runs away from home to try his luck in the city streets. In a few days joining a band with street children who learn everything you need to live or ? ? die! There, also known as Jorge Reynoso, an intrepid police that protects street children, extortion of other police and unscrupulous, and they are looking for an outlet through sports and work.
