MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

Based on true events, on the figure of Franz Wilhelm Canaris, a veteran of both World Wars known by the nickname of The Little Admiral because of his short stature. With the rise to power of Nazism, Canaris reaches intelligence chief of the Kriegsmarine and Wehrmacht. But the horror that makes you know firsthand the treatment given to the Jews provide incomplete information leads to Hitler and thus avoid the latter initiating certain military campaigns. Because of their knowledge of Spanish, Canaris travels to Spain to try to convince Franco to ally with Germany in the war, but Canaris Spanish dictator advised to remain on the sidelines.
