MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Marina is a beautiful teenage daughter of leprous parents, who live in an orphanage. By knowing the owner of a small jetty of an island that proposes to her, she sees an opportunity to leave the place and marries him without being in love. When he moves to the small coastal town gossips are unleashed.
