MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Billy Thomas, affected by a head injury during the Vietnam War who suffered life rescuing his comrade Scott Monroe in a battle, he is forced to enter the world of cage fighting, an ancient and brutal sport which fight for the biggest prize, life. All this takes place in Chinatown in Los Angeles, where a large group of bettors shout encouragement to the contestants, under the watchful eye of the drug lords. This film is a prequel of Cage II (1994).
