MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

Julian Winston is a middle-aged bachelor who goes by the seductive life. Her latest lover is the capricious and childish Tonie Simons, which makes believe he is married and has three children, ie is not free to marry her.
