MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Drama based on the true story of Tom Murtom, the prison director who shocked the political world of Arkansas to uncover the scandalous abuses and murders that took place in the state prison. Before it becomes the new warden Brubaker poses as a prisoner newcomer, thanks to which he discovers that the situation in the prison is endemic corruption. His efforts to reform and restructure the system placed in a very dangerous situation, especially when he insists on investigating a series of murders that were committed years earlier.
