MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

A yakuza gangster whose crime family is wiped out in a gang war in Tokyo, flying to Los Angeles in search of his brother. Trapped in a culture that does not know, work an unlikely friendship with a young playboy, and both are entangled in bitter struggle to gain drug territory of downtown Los Angeles.
