MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Second part of the piece by Balabanov cinematográgica in 1997. With the reason for appearing on a television program, Danila Bagrov has a meeting in Moscow with a former friend of the army during the war in Chechnya. His old friend tells you that his twin brother, who is dedicated to playing professional hockey in the NHL U.S. is suffering in the flesh hands plundering of his own team, a business man of the city of Chicago. A chain of events lead to Danila and his brother Viktor to set sail for America to intervene in the matter, willing to face who prevents them from making progress towards your goal.
