MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1938 film?

Today lawless breed on the street. Tomorrow will be on death row. Father Edward Flanagan intends to break that cycle and delivery cursed his life and faith to create a school for disadvantaged children that will become a model of hope.
