MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

In 1979, Jimmy Bones is the king of the south of Chicago. With his gang controls and protects the region, until a cop and a drug dealer trying to disrupt the calm of the neighborhood. Bones is cruelly murdered and his companions, forced to participate in the crime. In the 90s, the traffickers are the masters of the place. But the spirit of Bones does not rest in peace, and awaits the opportunity to return to life and take revenge on those who betrayed him.
