MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1941 film?

" Jigger ' Lane forms a band that includes singer Ginger" pretty face " Powell, wife of the trumpeter Leo Powell, Nickie Haroyen and Peppi. All work to play " blues ". No fortune, mounted on a freight car, where they meet and befriend a gangster who has escaped from prison, called the Davis. This offered a job at a roadside bar in New Jersey, where he falls for Kay Powell Grant, ex -girlfriend of Davis. However, when Powell learns that " pretty face " is about to have a baby, is back with his wife. " Jigger " tries to get Kay to become the singer of the band, but eventually end up running away together. Later, when Kay confesses that just loves to Del, " Jigger " falls ill and is left to alcoholism and madness. However, former members of his band seek and help you rehabilitate, returning to the place where they became famous, highway bar Del. But Kay will soon return.
