MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Miles just steal a valuable diamond. Shortly before being caught by the police manages to hide the loot. After spending two years behind bars is about to recover the jewel, but now the place where you hid the diamond has become a police station. His plan could not be other than impersonating a police officer to recover such precious jewel.
