MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Denied his request for probation, Lester Grisam, charged with murder and armed robbery, decides to escape from prison. After end, Grisam and two buddies are heading to Kelly and Stuart, a happy couple about to get married. They break into the house and taken to Kelly and her sister hostage. Grisam has managed to find Stuart, despite his protected witness status, and is determined to make him pay for the two years in jail, demanding a transfer to a bank account millionaire out of the country in exchange for the life of Kelly. This movie is part of the Blood Money trilogy (1996, 2000, 2010).
