MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Kyle Sullivan is a lonely young man who resents having to move to a remote village in the state of Washington by the work of his stepfather. At school, he is Shane comrade Kyle Carver introduces a whole, " Black Circle Boys ", who have sworn allegiance to Satan. The group participates in regular drug use and vandalism fools. But completely " out of control" subjects Kyle Shane, increasingly, the dark side, eventually culminating with a homicide.
