MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

The only matters to which Billy, heir to the Madison Hotel, has dedicated his time lately have been girls and alcohol. For him, life has been a continuous party during the ten years since he finished college. He is devoted to endless drinking daiquiris, tan by the pool, playing practical jokes and chasing skirts. But when Brian Madison informs his irresponsible son who thinks putting your name millionaire greedy company VP Eric Gordon, Billy goes for broke. Resumed his studies for a degree removed in 24 weeks ,and shows! And this time, her father without a single dollar fund.
