MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Josh Baskin is thirteen but tired of the girls do not mind him and his parents treat him like a child, you want to be higher. One night, he finds, in a fair, an old machine that grants a wish in exchange for a coin. Josh, without hesitation, asked to grow up. The next morning, he discovers in the mirror an adult body. The other side of the coin will be the problems and responsibilities to be assumed without any prior experience.
