MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

In 1938, during the Civil War, the band is very concerned about the concert to be given within a few days. Augustine receives a letter from his girlfriend Rosa, who tells him the troubles that are going on with the collection of the rice harvest. He then decides to ask permission to go help, but as Lt. denies Urquiza, escapes. Two teammates continue to take it back, but fall. The chase Sergeant Perez and several musicians who also stay. The concert will be held, the race is against time, and time is running out.
