MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

After three years, Jasse Chandler leaves prison. And he has chosen his first day of freedom to marry. Accompanied by his old friends, goes to the wedding, but before one of them, Billy proposes to rob a bank. Billy, aka "Hamlet " is a known criminal who seeks the police, but the whole group is involved in the robbery. to be surrounded by police, hostage taking bank customers. The FBI is also involved, and the media makes the situation quite a spectacle.
