MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Driss is a jack-of-all trades kind whom sells fish from his vehicle and moves furniture from end of their hometown Tangiers to another. His gf is a free-spirited and rich European lass who runs a classic shop. One day, Driss becomes attracted to Fouad, a classic guy who runs a rundown café by the beach. Fouad disdains his fellow Moroccans, calling them sluggish, preferring the business of Europeans -- particularly, as Driss later learns -- young European ladies. Constantly on the make, Driss provides Fouad a company idea -- to revamp his establishment and change it into a suitable restaurant with Driss as their company partner. He's later on surprised and harmed to learn that Fouad begins to renovate his company but without Driss. Sending out his friends as spies, Driss learns some unsettling things about their would-be associate.
