MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Pam meets Rico an Ivatan, and decides to go out of the woman stressed life into the city to follow along with him to Batanes to satisfy their parents Boy and Lydia and marry him. Pam attempts to conform to the Ivatan way of life but hates the ocean that Rico loves so much. The woman hatred the sea intensifies when the woman husband Rico dies in a fishing accident. Pam is devastated and chooses to return to Manila. But when she sensed that the ocean was laughing at her failure, she thought we would stay in Batanes to be with Rico's household. In just one of her trips to the sea, she unintentionally meets Kao Ken Chu, a Taiwanese, whom she rescues during a storm. Because they spending some time together, the two fundamentally fall for each other despite language obstacles and cultural distinctions.
