MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Mohsen, nicknamed? Bastard? because he was found in a trash when he was a baby, lives in a poor area of the city. He is a man without origins or history behind it, which had always been excluded and rejected by their neighbors. With the support of his friend Khlifa, Mohsen gets install a GSM signal repeater on the roof of his house in exchange for a substantial monthly income. The antenna will allow local people can finally enjoy their mobile phones and a modernity which until then had been deprived.
