MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Henry Chinaski is a great alcoholic writer who spends his life in bars. His favorite is the "Golden Horn", frequented by a motley crew of vagrants, prostitutes and other debris from the organization. Henry gets along very well with Jim, the bartender by day, but often discussed with Eddie, the bartender at night, a man angry and boastful. His fights are under wagers from customers. When Henry earns, spends his fortune traveling the other bars in the neighborhood. This is how he meets Wanda, a woman still beautiful and so alcoholic like him.
