MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

It tells the true story of a living legend of India: the banned and dreaded Phoolan Devi. Married while still a baby, was divorced from her husband and suffered continuous harassment until joined bandits. Pursued by the police, accused of several murders, became a legend for the lower castes and women.
