MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

In the United States, in the middle of the Mohave Desert, Jasmine, a German woman and her husband have a heated argument. She gets out of the car, grab the suitcase and reaches a dirty roadhouse, the Bagdad Café, run by a black woman named Brenda. Jasmine is installed there, and gradually became friends with the regulars. Among them is a former decorator Hollywood, determined to portray the German. Meanwhile, it manages to transform the dilapidated home in a very popular, every night comes a large clientele.
