MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Josh and Sam hit the road for a wild ride in this action-packed comedy. On the way from Washington to New Orleans for the annual Mardi Gras celebration, friends accidentally run over a dangerous escaped convict in the heart of Dixie. And it appears that the kids will never get to the big party on Bourbon Street when the local backwoods sheriff mistakes them for failure with drug smugglers.
