MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Ali is a tough guy, which a rubber regentea local mafia. Inka's in love with a girl a little lost, flowing through the different bands. At a party, totally gone from alcohol and drugs, Ali sees his girl dancing a petty gangster and totally out of control, killing him. For this crime goes to jail and when you leave you feel that is a new man. But not everything is so simple.
