MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Mick O'Brien is a new Chicago street thug torn between a life of petty crime and also the love of their gf. Nevertheless when the heist of an area drug dealer goes tragically incorrect Mick is sentenced to a brutal juvenile prison where violence is a rite of passage and respect is measured in vengeance.
