MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Paris in the near future. Marc and Hans are two thieves who owe money to an uncompromising American wife giving them two weeks to pay. They plan to steal and sell a new antidote to cure similar to the AIDS virus that is killing those who practice love without love, but need an accomplice. They recruit Alex, alias ready tongue, a rebellious kid who just broke his relationship with his girlfriend of 16 years.
