MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

When Dr. Peter Morgan begins his internship in a sanitarium for veterans, their only desire is to get the title and mount a lucrative consulting. What I know is that you will have to face a bureaucratic maze lush where the health of patients is subject to all administrative and political considerations. The situation is complicated when he begins to work with a group of maverick doctors, led by Dr. Richard Sturgess, who believe they have found a way to break the rules to the bullfighter and focus on saving lives without being caught.
