MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Blue Submarine comprises four chapters, the first three last about 30 minutes and the last 45 minutes. The story is as follows: The Earth is discovered in situción rather complex because the seas have covered practically all living areas. On the other hand, a man named Shidora and Mayumi teenage companion were entrusted to a mission: to convince Tetsu Hayami to return to the Blue Fleet. When it seemed that there was no chance of finding him alive, appears guarded in a room smoking a cigarette. Mayumi tries to reason with Tetsu, but he has no desire to return. Suddenly, they are attacked by ant -shaped strands, which form part Zorndyke Army, the person who caused flooding which has killed thousands of millions of people. Given all these circumstances, and after seeing the emergence of a mysterious lady, decide to embark on the great Blue Submarine No. 6.
