MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Amon, who seeks to avenge the death of his mother, arrives at the castle of Emperor Valhiss. There must overcome the dangers of initiation to become part of the imperial army, and thus continue his quest for revenge. But Amon meets Princess Lichia. It appears that the emperor wishes to obtain a map in possession of the king in exchange for the princess. What will be the goal of the emperor ?.
