MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Claude is a teenager who falls for Ellen, her best friend, even if you feel confused by his feelings as any teen age. The two young girls living in a not very lovable New York, and are involved in the subculture of 90's youth: drugs, live music, homophobia, Luke, Claude gay neighbor, try to help her through this difficult time life. Meanwhile, Ellen will play two bands, as Claude's kiss will from time to time, but also will be interested in a dangerous drug dealer. Everything will change when an absurd death shake their lives.
