MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Joe is a crime scene photographer. Though facing horrific images daily, feels strangely shocked by the brutality of the death of a 12 year old girl at the hands of Rye, a murderer pathological narcissist. Desensitization, which has been his weapon for many years, eventually stops working. Ignoring that the murderer has begun to observe his actions, Joe decides to spend his break from work to care for her sick aunt in Rochester. There, Joe meets Lora, a deaf woman who works in amazing antique shop of her aunt and that has numerous violent premonitions. As Joe's interest in the young increases, Rye fascination she also begins to develop, creating a peculiar relationship between the three.
