MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1975 film?

Somewhere in Equatorial Africa during the 50s, John Baxter, an American from Detroit, lives in his truck, which reads " Africa Express ". Buy and sell anything, your customers are tribes, miners, a Catholic mission, the front of which is the daddy Gasperini and Robert Preston, farmer, capturing and selling wild animals to different zoos. John Baxter has as companion to Biba, an intelligent chimpanzee. A small local train is attacked by Preston and his men. Among the passengers are some nuns and a blonde woman accompanying the two men, who appear to be his bodyguards. There is great confusion, and the men of Preston kill two companions of blond woman, but she manages to escape disguised as a nun.
