MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2015 film?

Nuk gang leader in Neza city kills an opponent in the gang war of the 80's, so they fled to the city of Los Angeles, California. Eighteen years later, he returns to the neighborhood without a defined goal, only to find his younger brother involved in gangs today. Organized crime uses children to distribute drugs in the neighborhoods. In combat corruption and crime is in the neighborhood, Nuk find meaning for their return and a way to redeem the deaths to be. Nuk and Lazarus a newbie court, fighting for a better neighborhood against corruption, and where respect for the principles and the common good. At the end rail, the younger brother, and his girlfriend, drama, through love will find the means to believe in themselves and not in partnerships or groups to realize their dreams.
