MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Adam and Paul, couples the height of a " Laurel and Hardy " or " Mingo and Teresa ", or " Bernstein and Woodward", wanted for Dublin the next peak for twenty-four hours. Two polydrug pitiful together since childhood and as interchangeable as Siamese, it's hard to say who is who. The day begins for them on a mattress abandoned in the middle of a meadow. Of course I do not remember how they came to him.
