MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Cesar, a handsome young man who has inherited from his parents a fortune, lives in a beautiful house that organizes lavish parties. When one night he meets Sofia and falls for her, Nuria, his former lover, dies of jealousy. The next day motoring with Caesar, attempts suicide. When Caesar wakes up in the hospital, he discovers that his face has been horribly disfigured.
