MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2019 film?

A girl Abigail lives in a town whose edges had been closed several years ago due to an epidemic of a mysterious condition. Abby's father was one of many unwell - in which he had been taken whenever she was six years of age. Going from the authorities to find their father, Abby learns that the woman town is truly packed with secret. And she discovers in by herself extraordinary magical abilities.
