MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

On the planet Antar, the diabolical Ratam took power after the death of Emperor forcing children to work as slaves. Managing inside the palace, Princess Xeron think everyone is happy. Outside, the princes Mussaim, Zacaling and join the Rider Dedeo Nameless to fight and liberate Ratam children. They get to talk to the princess and, with your help, form an army of children to free the planet from the forces of evil.
